Our boarding facility is located on approx. 20 acres in South Salem, OR.  The facility features seven seasonal pastures spread over more than 15 acres, three year round turn outs, a 60' x 120' indoor arena with beautiful hemlock footing, 60' round pen, 12' x 12' matted stalls, twice daily feedings, wash rack with hot water, and a locked tack room.  We are open 24/7 and offer quality care to your horse.

We are close to trails and offer a private atmosphere to our clients.

 

Our rates are as follows and are subject to change:

 

Partial Care @ $225.00 per month. This service includes stall rental, bedding, feeding twice a day, and watering. Stable to provide hay of its choice. Client to provide stall cleaning no less than every other day. If Client fails to clean the stall as required, Stable will clean the stall and assess client a cleaning fee, which client agrees to pay, in the amount of $25.00 per stall cleaning.

Self Care: $ 140.00 per month. This service includes stall rental, bedding, feeding twice a day, and watering. Client to provide feed of its choice.  If Client fails to provide feed, Stable will sell Client feed by the bale, for which Client agrees to pay. Client to provide stall cleaning no less than every other day. If Client fails to clean the stall as required, Stable will clean the stall and assess client a cleaning fee, which client agrees to pay, in the amount of $25.00 per stall cleaning.

Daily Stall Cleaning - $5/day or $135/month 
Trailer Parking - $10/month

Missing Link Supplement - $16.00/month
